Green Flag breakdown started off as National Breakdown in 1971. It changed its name in 1994, when the Green Flag brand was launched to coincide with its sponsorship of the England football team.

Green Flag breakdown policies

Green Flag provides 24 hour breakdown cover and has around 5 million customers worldwide. The company offers five different levels of cover, from a basic roadside rescue service to one that includes cover at your home, an emergency hire car and 90 days’ European cover.
